Who we are
Volcanic Vibes is a small, family-supervised handmade bracelet business based in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. A parent or legal guardian controls this website, its hosting account, its order inbox, and any payment account associated with it.
What we collect
When an adult submits an order request or completes checkout, we collect the adult purchaser's or parent/guardian's name, email address, optional phone number, preferred contact method, shipping address (for orders placed through checkout), chosen bracelet configuration (colors, size, scent, quantity), and any optional note. We do not require an account, and we do not collect a birthdate, school name, or social media handle. We never see or store your card details — those are handled directly by our payment processor, Stripe.
Children's privacy
Volcanic Vibes does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Orders must be submitted or paid for by an adult purchaser or a parent/guardian. If you believe a child has submitted personal information directly, please contact us so we can remove it.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide only to review your order, confirm pricing and turnaround, ship your order via USPS, and send order-related emails. We do not sell your information.
Third-party services
We use Stripe to process payments, a third-party email delivery provider to send order-related emails, and Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent spam submissions. These providers process the minimum information needed to perform those functions, under their own privacy policies.
Data retention
We keep order request information only as long as needed to fulfill your order and for basic recordkeeping.
